Dycker delight

The second round of the Belgian championship at Kester sank in a sea of mud, as the final moto wascancelled.
But not before Ken De Dycker had repeated his first round win.
And there was a sensation in the opening moto as Jeremy Delince steered his Swiss-backed RB Yamaha to victory against a field of ten GP regulars.
After an early fall ‘Keeno' could manage no better than third in the opener, as Jeremy Van Horebeek was the only man to stay within half-a-minute of Delince.
The factory Hondas of Evgeny Bobryshev and Rui Goncalves were still stranded in eighth and ninth at the chequered flag, while on a day when he crashed innumerable times, MX2 world leader Jeffrey Herlings was only sixth.
Lap times increased by a quarter of a minute as the second moto was run in dire conditions and the organisers, who had already abandoned the sidecar class after one practice session, wisely called an end to proceedings.
De Dycker won by 23 seconds after taking over the lead on lap two and his 3-1 day was sufficient to edge out KTM colleague Van Horebeek (2-2) for the overall. Delince was lapped in ninth.
Herlings – who said: "I don't like mud” – joined him in completing a lap less than the winner with a seventh.
