RIGHT, you all know where you are going this weekend and why. Hawkstone Park, World Trials Championship, Dougie Lampkin, James Dabill, Michael Brown, Alexz Wigg, Ross Danby, etc, etc. We've been shouting about it for months, now's the time to do it!

Last words from joint promoter JAKE MILLER,written Monday this week: ''Just finished the first two days ofbuild-up at Hawkstone Park ready for this forthcoming weekend's BritishTrial Grand Prix and I just wanted to let all concerned know thatthings are good and well at the sandy Shropshire venue.

''Despite all the recent rain, the site is in goodshape, with even the car parks and the camping field showing no realill effects from the recent poor weather. Irrespective of further rainfalls this coming week, the message is that the event WILL DEFINITELYGO AHEAD as planned, as the venue has excellent drainage and is morethan capable of coping with whatever mother nature decides to throw atit.

''The build-up crew has enjoyed an incrediblysuccessful weekend, with Martin and Harry Lampkin, backed-up byBradford and District Motor Club team members, having completed 13 outof the 15 sections. Thankfully the weather has been kind to the team, with them carrying out most of the work in dry and warm weather, withT-shirts being very much the order on both Saturday and Sunday!

''The last two man-made hazards, which are bothgoing to be near the new start finish area, will be built over the nextfew days by Harry and his 25 tonne digger.

''Martin and his team have worked miracles todevise 13 new sections, around a course that will be ridden in thereverse direction to the last two years. The opening group of threesections is a spectator's dream, with all three hazards being in viewfrom one single vantage point. The traditional hillclimb is now sectionfour and looks even more awesome thanks to a new start and an evenlonger run up.

''The famous Hawkstone bowl' now features anextra section, with every one of the five sections being a realmonster. The additional hazard is the handiwork of ex- Worldchampionship minder and trials guru Woody Hole and promises to be thejewel in the crown in this popular group of sections.

Woody will be on hand throughout the weekend, providing expert commentary with the aid of his new mobile PA system. The Honda-powered two-wheel machine will give Woody access to allpoints of the course.

''Although we can't guarantee the weather, we can guarantee that everything is coming together for another great event.

''You have no excuse, so no ifs and buts, it's going to happen and you need to be there.''

Advance bookings now closed - just pay on the gate!

Lots happening Saturday - World Trial Sunday!
