Joe's King!

SIXTEEN-year-old Joe Jones from Kings Heath, in Birmingham, is one of the rare breed of youth competitors that fully excel at both Enduro and Motocross events, with 11 major titles already listed in his impressive racing CV. Over the past few months Joe has delivered some superb results at events all the way from Weston Beach to the Sheffield Supercross round, and then all through the winter MX series at Wilden lane and Polesworth. With the new Enduro season just about getting into full swing, Joe who is the current GBXC series Youth champion, has now turned his attention back to his favourite discipline. Joe explained at the weekend just how tough the new season is going to be as a rookie expert in the Fast Eddy races, however if past history is anything to go by it wont be too long before Joe starts hitting the front there too as he is one of the brightest youth prospects of recent years.
For the rest of this year Joe will be toughing it out on his tried and tested 125cc two stroke KTM. High on the wish list right now however are a few extra horses or input from any prospective sponsors as Joe is in for a tough time battling away against the odds on the lightweight machine.
