Maxxis well oiled

FUCHS Silkolene and ACU Events Ltd used the platform of the recent Dirt Bike Show to announce an enhanced relationship between the two companies with Silkolene now being the official oil and lubricant supplier to the Maxxis ACU British Motocross Championship. The Stoke-on-Trent-based company came on board as a second tier sponsor to the championship in 2008, but pleased with the branding opportunities offered by the series, both to the race day fan and on world wide television, the company has increased its input considerably.
Championship series manager, Brian Higgins commented: Having such a high profile company as Silkolene working with us as the official supplier is great news for the series and we are anxious to work with them to promote their fantastic product even more at each event.
The 2009 series starts at Canada Heights on March 8 and visits top venues around the country, including, for the first time for many years, a visit to Scotland.
