Three series from ACU

THE ACU's Trials and Enduro Committee has just recently been able to confirm that it has formulated a calendar of 2010 British Championship enduro events that should not only give ACU riders plenty of competition, but also enable the various championships to enhance one another as we move into the new decade.
The Championships concerned are: the ACU Metzler British Enduro Championship, the ACU British Enduro Sprint Championship and ACU British Cross-country Championship, the main British Enduro Championship
The ACU Metzler British Enduro Championship is the traditional time-card enduro championship, with some of the best courses in the World, which attracts the top echelons of riders from all over the British Isles.
The Enduro Sprint Championship – promoted by GMC Events Ltd – is an exciting new series with the emphasis of Special Test performances. This will run over three two-day events early in the season. (Regs for round one are now out.)
The British Cross-country Championship is a new series aiming to offer quality events and organisation for those riders who are more into X-Country events rather than time-card enduros.
There is a possibility of a fourth round of the XC-Country series, which is still to be confirmed. Further details on the series format and venues has also still to be finalised.
