Working the D3 magic
By TMX Archives on 4th Dec 08

THE 2009 D3 Racing Team of Triple D Motosport, the enthusiastic KTM dealership in Kendal, Cumbria and run by the Neil Crayston, broke cover last week and three riders will do the business for D3. Reigning British Expert Trials champ Joe Baker from Devon is the surprise packet as he will race straight into the British Championship Expert class as well as contesting as many extreme events as he can fit into his schedule. Joe will be joined by three times Scottish Enduro champ Murray Thompson while local lad Carl Greenall completes the squad.
All three will compete on 2009 KTM 250EXC two-stroke models. The shiny KTMs were prepared by Triple D mechanic, successful motocross rider Keith Barnes, and they will start with well-prepped standard bikes before tailoring the bikes to the individual needs of the riders. The boys enjoyed a shake-down run at a foggy Cumbrian venue last Saturday where T+MX sneaked exclusive pics!
