Ball Breaking beginnings for British Extreme Enduro Championship

The 2025 ACU British Extreme Enduro Championship kicks off on Sunday, January 26, with RAW Enduro’s signature Ball Breaker which is happening at Hapton near Burnley in Lancashire. Event promoter Wayne Braybrook has gone all out to create the best – and most testicular punishing - course possible, unleashing new areas of the fantastic venue to ensure that racers and fans have the best experience possible.

Five-time world champion David Knight MBE leads the entry list that also includes reigning BEEC Champion Dan Peace, BEC Champion Dan Mundell, SSDT and Scott Trial supremo Jack Price, Jack Spencer, Charlie Frost and thumb-throttlin’ Radford Chugg amongst others. The two-hour Main Race starts at 13:00 with a morning race starting the day’s action at 9:30.

If you fancy seeing the action unfold then admission (cash only) is £10 for adults and £5 for kids with entry to the event available from 7:30. Hapton can be found off the A679 between Junctions 8 and 9 of the M65. The postcode is BB11 5QJ.
