27 Manufacturers lined up

A massive array of new bikes and race machinery is set to be unleashed at this year's International Motorcycle and Scooter Show, which recently announced a four-year title sponsorship agreement with motorcycle insurance specialist Carole Nash.
A total of 27 manufacturers will unveil their 2009 models for the first time at the UK show which takes place at the Birmingham NEC from 28th November to 7th December.
Theconfirmed manufacturers are; Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, BMW, Buell,Ducati, Harley-Davidson, KTM, MV Agusta, Triumph, Hyosung, BRP Can Am, Cectek,PGO, Generic, Victory, Jinlun, Benelli, Cagiva, Keeway, Royal Enfield, Wuyangand Zing Bikes, with the Quad contingent represented by Quadzilla, Polaris andHammerHead. The diversity of the UK motorcycle market will be on display withnew models from all sectors including Superbikes, Touring, Cruisers, AdventureSports, Naked bikes, Commuters, Supermoto, Motocross, Enduro, Quads, Mopeds andScooters.
Theworld's best racing bikes from MotoGP, World and British Superbikes, WorldMotocross and the Isle of Man TT will also be on show, likely to include thefactory MotoGP race bikes of Valentino Rossi and his series rivals. Top racersfrom across all the major championships will be in attendance for autographsessions, to meet their fans and to take part in the Question of Bikesquiz hosted by former racer and BBC race commentator SteveParrish.
Aswell as premier motorcycles and riders, the Show offers activities for seasonedbikers and newcomers alike with the chance to ride on-road with the Bike RideOut feature, off-road, learner training through the BSM (British School ofMotoring), and for children a first experience of motorcycling with Honda'sMy First Licence' (aged 5-11).
Theever popular Thunderdome Games features Superbike stunt riding and for the firsttime fans will be able to witness a motocross backflip' in the confines of theNEC! Other attractions include the Wall of Death, Mini-Moto, Go-Karting, racerinterviews and competitions.
