Are you Tough enough?

Promoter, WOR Events, has released first details of the 2012 edition of its Tough One Extreme Enduro. The event will run on Sunday January 15, 2012, and will mark the return of the International event to Nantmawr Quarry, in Shropshire.
Nantmawr is the traditional home of the event, which went on its travels last year. The Shropshire quarry venue is the scene of epic battles over the years featuring some of the best riders to ever walk the planet. Some of those battles were undertaken in darkmess with battle-hardy competitors having to tackle the haunting quarry and it's many obstacles and challenges in the shadow of the moon (and big banks of floodlights!).
This eighth edition of the event, brought to you by WOR Events, will bring back all those ingredients that wowed spectators year after year.
The 'Dark' is back for the main Pro and Expert race. There will be some new challenges and some old classics along with a reworked quarry area, which will all offer a new and exciting atmosphere to the event.
Spectators will get to mingle with riders in the paddock area this year as the riders paddock will move into the quarry bowl for the first time. The course will weave it's way through some new bits of the quarry previously used for parking.
Entry forms are now available for download – and lots of riders have already entered!
The format for the day this year is simple. Clubman and Veteran's (limited numbers) will ride a 1.5-hour Extreme race from 12 noon. This will be followed at 3.30pm by The International Tough One Extreme Enduro – a 2.5-hour multi-lap race that will test the best in the world. The final hour will run into the dark!
More news will follow for spectators as to where and when they can get their tickets. Space at Nantmawr will be even more limited this year due to the rider paddock and new bits of the course. The tickets will be priced at £50 per car (up to seven-seat vehicles will be classed as cars). The maths proves this event is reasonably priced!
