Both Championship classes come to a head at Duns!

The battle of words which spilled over on the podium presentation at the previous round will continue on track at round seven which will take place at Duns, fifteen miles inland from Berwick Upon Tweed, in two weeks time - August 23rd.
On virtually his home track, Brad Anderson needs to beat his closest rival, South African Gareth Swanepoel in both motos and the championship is his, with one round still remaining! Whilst Swanny accused Anderson of "blocking" at Foxhill two weeks ago, Bad Brad, who is slowly losing his bad boy image, responded by saying he will do all he can to win races and keep his rival at bay.
Brad has an army of fans from nearby Newcastle who will be travelling to the event to support him, all hoping he can tie up the championship at this event.
In the MX2 class, Stephen Sword also has the chance to clinch the championship. He needs to score just six more points than his KTM team mate, Jake Nicholls to lift another MX2 crown.
The organisers and Series Promoter are also hoping that Shaun Simpson and Billy MacKenzie will return at this event after early season injuries and confirmation is likely within the next seven days. Please keep checking the MXGB website for details.
The circuit, which is new to the series, is situated in the Lammermuir Hills, midway between Newcastle and Edinburgh and is easily accessible from the A1 and A7 trunk roads. Free camping is available from 8am Saturday 22nd and the organisers confirm excellent viewing on the Johnny Douglas Hamilton constructed track. It will be an event not to be missed.
