GLORIOUS sunshine all weekend saw the Wulfsport British Masters Championship move north to the picturesque Dean Moor Moto Park in West Cumbria. The track had been beautifully prepared by the Fulton family, and with plenty of water on standby the scene was set for some spectacular action.

The PAR Homes Honda duo of Brad Anderson and Scott Elderield arrived and announced that they would both be competing in both the MX1 and MX2 classes on Sunday. They were up against LPE Kawasaki's Rider Kristian Whatley in MX1, and also up against Relentless Suzuki teamster, Martin Barr, who was making his debut ride at Dean Moor, also contesting both classes. A host of other top riders made the journey north.

PRO MX1
ANDERSON was denied the holeshot in race one, by a false start. So the field re-grouped to try again. This time Anderson missed the start, while starting his bike and was last into the first bend.
Glen Phillips headed the pack into the first corner, closely followed by Jamie Law, Lloyd Vercueil and Barr.
Whatley was flying through the field after a poor-ish getaway, as was Anderson.
Whatley took over at the front, with Law on his tail. Meanwhile, Elderfield was closing on the pair of them.
Anderson joined the battle which then raged for quite a few laps until Anderson eventually took up position at the front and went on to claim the win.
Whatley settled for second spot and Law claimed third ahead of Elderfield.
Anderson made no mistake in race two and headed the field from start to finish to claim his second win and the overall, Whatley settled for second again for second overall, but the battle was on for third overall as Elderfield and Vercueil battled it out to take third place.
Elderfield finally got the upper hand and with it third overall, with Law securing fourth placing on the day.

PRO MX2

ANDERSON continued his race wins in the MX2 class by taking both races with ease, In race one he took off and left the rest to fight for the places, Joe Dark, Elderfield and Martin Barr were dicing and changing places all through the race, and it was Dark who clinched the second place just ahead of Elderfield and Barr in third and fourth.
Race two and with Anderson out in front again and on his way to the overall and a big pay day, again it was Barr, Elderfield, Dark and Tommy Fenwick who were fighting for places. Barr won the war and claimed second, ahead of Elderfield in third, Dark just got the fourth from Fenwick who claimed fifth. Barr claimed the second overall, with Dark and Elderfield in third and fourth.
