Cairoli returns to a 350 machine

Toni Cairoli was back on a 350cc machine last weekend for the first time since Valkenswaard last year.
The eight-times world champion, who scored all five of his titles in orange on the smaller bike, had decided mutually with factory bosses to switch back on the new 2017 model, both for promotion purposes and to restore his personal confidence as the elbow he damaged more than 12-months ago still troubles him aboard the more ferocious 450.
Cairoli is expected to continue with the 350 for the remainder of the season.
