David Knight wins 2014 The Tough One

The Tough One was held at Hawkstone Park for the first time and healthy supply of ice cream kept the crowd cool while the racing was hot. Knighter returned with a bang and four of the top five were British pilots.
Top of that list was David Knight who refused to give in to Jonny Walker. The Manxman led the race and then lost it but man and machine worked hard to win it back again. The way Knight pulled back a five-minute deficit to Jonny Walker was awesome - Knight back at his best.
Walker finished second, Alfredo Gomez had a successful return, claiming the last spot on the podium while Graham Jarvis suffered his first Tough One defeat in four years, only managing fourth and Paul Bolton completed the 2014 The Tough One top five.
