Currently lying sixth in the World MX2 Championship, Aussie Dean Ferris heads to Foxhill for the fifth round of the championship this Sunday as a 'wild-card' entry.
Ferris, who is a member of the Monster Energy Yamaha team, has been given a ride by Team Boss, Steve Dixon, as his sole British Championship rider, Ryan Houghton, is struggling with form.
Ferris, who is already in Britain, will go head to head with current champion and championship leader Elliott Banks-Browne and a host of other quarter-litre riders and of course should qualify for the final head-to-head of the year when the top twenty MX1 and MX2 riders compete in the final moto at the end of the day.
The Foxhill circuit is situated five-minutes drive from Junction 15 of the M4 motorway and is easily reached from the network and the A417 trunk road.
