Knowing which outfit to take to the beach has been a point of contention for fashionable folk since the dawn of time, but for current British Sidecarcross Champion - and World #3 - Brett Wilkinson, along with long-term passenger Joe Millard, there’s only one choice.

Perennially one of the best turned-out teams in the WSC paddock, Brett and Joe’s weapon of choice for 2026 is this gorgeous Husqvarna-powered WSP – a machine they, and we, hope can take them to the world title.

The WSP chassis comes from Holland and is built by 10-time world champion Daniel Willemsen. It’s designed specifically to house the Husqvarna subframe and airbox - complete with a Multi Air filter - ensuring the correct airflow to the motor. The engine itself starts life as a Husqvarna 450cc bottom end but is completely reworked by Ppower, resulting in a four-speed, 641cc beast producing mind-boggling levels of power. To make sure all that torque is delivered where it counts, a Suter slipper clutch - controlled by an Oberon billet slave cylinder - is employed.

A bespoke HGS exhaust system gets rid of gases efficiently while enhancing power and complying to the FIM’s even stricter noise guidelines.

An AS3 water pump helps regulate temperatures, with the company also supplying an engine dress-up kit. Cooling is handled by an oversize custom STW radiator, while reliability is further ensured by a Seubert Engineering wiring harness. Putoline lubricants are used throughout.

Power without control is nothing, and the pair run Reiger suspension all round, with a matching steering damper. Oversize Moto-Master calipers and Flame discs - fed by HEL lines - handle stopping duties, while Haan wheels wrapped in Michelin tyres provide the link to the ground. JT Sprockets and DID chains take care of getting power from engine to rear wheel.

Brett controls the show from the cockpit via Renthal Fat Bars and half-waffle soft grips, protected by Acerbis handguards. The look is completed with Acerbis plastics finished in custom graphics supplied and fitted by Millard Signs.
