FITWC 2007 - Six round at Milan

The Filaforum of Milan will host next Saturday the 17th, at 8.30pm local time (GMT+1), the sixth round of The Indoor Trial World Championship 2007.
This GP of Italy will be again a fight between both applicants to the title, Toni Bou and Adam Raga. After adding last weekend in Lisbon his fourth victory of the season, Bou is now eight points ahead of Gas Gas's rider, who will try his best to be the world champion again.
For third consecutive year, Milan is going to be one of the most emblematic European sceneries of the World Championship, where the magicians of trial will show his equilibrium. In both past editions, Raga became the champion of this round, which is going to be difficult and exhausting, with 8 sections and a double lane race. The Catalan rider has started already a timed battle to shorten the distance which separates him from the leader of the championship and is trying to increase his options to win again the title.
Behind them, Albert Cabestany tries to defend himself from the attack of the Repsol Montesa-HRC riders, Takahisa Fujinami and Dougie Lampkin, all fighting for the third place in the general standings. Sherco's rider still tries to achieve his first victory of 2007, so that he could improve his position.
Jeroni Fajardo, together with his brand mate, the Polish Tadeusz Blazusiak -who appears again in the World Championship after missing the last three rounds due to a knee injury- and the Italian Fabio Lenzi, will be the wild cards in this new chapter of the Indoor calendar.
