Last months training camp for the Honda 150 European Championship provided a chance for the riders to familiarise themselves with the four-stroke CRF150R and saw the final selection take place.

On hand to help guide and support them were several members of the Honda Racing Family: British motocross champion Gordon Crockard, Pata Supersport rider Kyle Smith, Team HRC MXGP rider Gautier Paulin and multiple Honda world champion Jean-Michel Bayle. In addition, Wolfgang Srb and other experts from the FIM Europe analysed fitness, riding style and mental attitude to assist in providing an all-encompassing youth development package.

The latest video from the Honda 150 European Championship focuses on the experience that these individuals had while mentoring the 11-14 year olds in Albaida. Their comments provide an insight into the importance of passion, reveal what they think of the Honda 150 European Championship as a springboard to the EMX250 championship and what it feels like to play a part in helping to build the future of motocross.

The first round of the Honda 150 European Championship is on April 18/19 at Pietramurata, Italy.
