OH you lucky people! As you know, both Honda and Kawasaki have launched brand-new 450F models for the 2009 season and it is going to be a real neat problem sussing out which one's for you – and that's without even thinking about Suzuki, Yamaha, KTM, etc. What a sweet problem!
At a glance, both the mighty Red and Green 450s look pretty much as before but in fact both are all-new from the ground up. And the big news is that, following Suzuki's lead, both motors sport batteryless electronic fuel injection for 2909. This promises smoother power all through the rev range with an added bonus being claims of easier starting from both cold and hot.
Coming up soon in T+MX are riding impressions of both the exciting new Honda and Kawasaki. Both models will please their die-hard fans, but both factories are also working hard for new admirers...
