Last call for ISDE hopefuls

The 2013 International Six Day Enduro (ISDE) will take place in Olbia, Sardinia, Italy, during the period September 23 to October 6.At this time the ACU is not in a position to announce which classes it will be supporting Trophy, Junior or Women.
In order to gauge interest and level of competence, riders (male or female) who wish to be considered for selection to ride in the ACU British teams for 2013 are invited to submit their interest in writing to the team manager before January 31.
For team selection, the applicant's results in the FIM World Enduro Championship, UEM European Enduro Championship and ACU British Enduro Championship will be the first consideration. Additionally consideration will be given to results in the ACU British Extreme Enduro Championship, ACU British Enduro Sprint Championship, the GNCC and other overseas enduro type events, the ACU British MX Championship, other national level ACU MX competitions and other selected qualifying/ training Enduros (Welsh Two-day etc.).
Interested parties are asked to send a letter or e-mail detailing the following:– their name, date of birth, passport number (must hold British passport), full postal address, telephone numbers (home and mobile), e-mail address, any current sponsors and any notable achievements that may influence selection.

Selected riders will be expected to make some contribution towards the cost of the trip.
However, it is proposed that the riders selected will be given the entry fee, fuel and support, riding shirts (compulsory wear), event license and insurance fees.
