Michelin joins MXGB as official tyre partner

Leading tyre manufacturer Michelin is the latest big brand to back the ACU British Motocross Championship – their first time supporting the series in an official capacity. As well as becoming the official tyre partner of MXGB, Michelin will also invest in a Fan Zone, Youth Rider Academy and VIP Hospitality area.
“Welcoming Michelin as a partner is another excellent brand, committed to all they do,” beamed enthusiastic Series Director Paul Irwin. “Their passion for quality and performance aligns perfectly with our vision for the 2025 championship. The all-new for 2025 VIP Hospitality Area, alongside a Fan Zone, will be a great addition to the series. The Youth Academy will be formatted across a training series on all aspects of the sport to provide the younger series riders with knowledge and information that further enhances their careers as MX riders.”
Michelin UK&ROI’s Marketing Director Richard Bazzant is equally as excited. “As a leader in tyre manufacturing and innovation, we see the track as a live lab and an integral part of our product development. Michelin has therefore been supportive of the motorsport scene since our inception, and the UK MX scene in particular for many years.
