MX Nationals opener cancelled

Bad news guys... It looks like the opening round of this year's MX Nationals at FatCat has been cancelled.
MX Nationals have just released this statement on Facebook, and as you can see from the picture below, the FatCat track looks abit water logged!
"Really sorry to say that after a track inspection at 8.00am this morning, the track is waterlogged. More rain came last night and with two days of rain due leading up to the weekend we have been forced to cancel the event this weekend.
Working closely with the track owners we have tried to make this decision as early as possible to avoid people travelling and minimise any costs incurred.
"No decision has been made with regards re-running this event yet.
"The team at MX Nationals want to produce the best possible events and we do not cancel events easily as anyone that was at round 1 last year knows, but on this occasion we do not feel that it would be possible to provide a national level event this weekend."
