Tim Edberg left searching for new MX2 ride after parting with Riley Racing Yamaha

After parting company with Riley Racing Yamaha, Tim Edberg is searching for a new MX2 seat in the FIM Motocross World Championship.
Explaining his absence from Round 7 of the series, Edberg said on social media: "Found myself riding the Swedish championship this past weekend, really fun to be back riding at home," he told his followers. "I had a good time and I finished first in all sessions, perfect weekend!
"As you all may wonder about my future its still very unknown. Im on my own now but I will be on the search for a comeback to the GPs. I hope to come back soon with some good news. Thanks to the people helping me out!"
The Swedish young gun, who was team-mate to British rider Joel Rizzi, has been unlucky with injury setbacks in the last 12 months, including compressed vertebrae T4, T5, T12 and broken T7.
