Phoenix flies with Somerset

The fabulous circuit of Phoenix Motoparc will be the venue for round one of South Somersets club champs, MCFs Elite Youth League and Grand Slam qualifier on Sunday February 19.
After a great first meeting at Yarley a few weeks back things are looking good for the club for 2012. With groups filling fast, Barry Moor of Phoenix Motoparc is always adding to, and changing his track. This season Barry has changed the direction back to anti-clockwise as it was a couple of years ago. Instead of going up deer park hill, you will now launch off the top, "and not land in the pond at the bottom!”.
To add to the Mylaps timing, the club now has live trackside timing and will soon have an app for you which will allow you to view your lap times direct to your Android or iPhone over the wifi network.
Membership is looking good, so much so the club cannot take anymore Rookie membership's.
