MAXXIS Kawasaki by LPE is going for broke this year its fifth as the official Kawasaki team with a three-pronged all-British attack on the ACU Maxxis MX Champs.
British Bulldog Brad Anderson leads Dorren Coutts and Connor Walkley in the MX1 class, with plus Lee Dunham in the AMCA.
LPE bossman Steve James said: "It's been my long-time ambition to have Brad on the team.
"The British championship definitely missed him while he was away in Australia and I couldn't be more pleased than to build the 2013 team around him.
"It will be absolutely amazing if we can pull off the British Championship – and really good for British MX – as next year's Maxxis is shaping-up to be the best for a long time.”
The bike that Steve allowed our man Martin Craven to bag first test on was the first 2013 bike that the team had built and which was destined to be Brad's practise bike this winter.
It wasn't the finished article and was missing some important details – like Talon wheels.
"We run the awesome Talon carbon wheels but are going to run a different hub colour next year, so I've kept the stock hoops until the new hubs are available.”
