Riders looking to contest the 2016 ACU RT Keedwell British Trials Championship should note that registration for the series is now open. There is no Registration process for riders wishing to compete in both the accompanying Expert and Youth A Class Championships.

A new rule this year states that any rider in their final year of B Class or who finished in the top three of the 2015 ACU B Class series are permitted to ride in the A Class Championship but note that they MUST register.  Also, please note that any B Class rider who takes part in the A Class Championship during the 2016 season will not be allowed to compete in the 2016 B Class Championship.
Championship Regulations and Registration forms are available from Stephanie Thorne at the ACU Office via 01788-566409 or Email: stephanie@acu.org.uk
The 2016 RT Keedwell sponsored series comprises 11 rounds, starting with a double header courtesy of the Lakes Motorcycle Trials Association who will run on Bootle Fell, near Millom, on Cumbria's west coast on the weekend April 16/17.
And the series will finish with a double header the first weekend in October (Oct 1 /2) courtesy of the Edinburgh club.
In between there will be a third weekender at the opposite end of the country in Butser Limeworks and Hookwood respectively on July 30/31.
It really is a countrywide series with the St David's in south Wales and a brand new trial being introduced to the series by the Tynemouth club up in the north east, which we will tell you all about nearer the time as it is due to run on Sunday, September 18.
It's looking good so far and that opening round is just a few weeks away and Trials Torque will keep you right up to date in the run-up to the series starter. Meanwhile, you Championship chasers, get those registrations in!
