SOMETIMES you just know when things are going to go your way!
You wake up in the morning and even if the weather is mince, there is just something that gets you up out of your bed, gets you running outside and onto your bike to ride to glory, or as close to glory as you're ever going to get!
At British championship level many things have to come together to make up a glory season, simple things like two-weeks hard training in Florida, and a broken hand are just two tiny – but deciding – factors that helped Brad Anderson and Stephen Sword (pictured left) snatch the 2009 British MX1 and MX2 championship crowns respectively.
There are, however, tiny little things that tell you that things "...ain't gonna go your way this year young man”, and smashing your ankle early doors into the season, was one such defining moment for 2008 MX2 champ Shaun Simpson.
