Take a look: Jordan Young’s Yamaha
By Team TMX on 15th Feb 18
This is Jordan Youngs 2008 Yamaha YZ250.
Jordan bought it after missing his old YZ250 that he used to race in the BEC and has done all the work so he can ride any event he wants. Its road registered and has an 18-inch back wheel. His plans are to race it in the Apico Two-stroke Festival run by Dave Willet later this year.
Jordan would like to thank the following people, Martin at MotoWard for supplying the parts for this build, Nathan at Evans coolant, Gooner Snaps and Harry at Sm-Pro and Tim from Amped for the sweet graphics to finish it off.
The following mods have been added:
- Athena 300cc kit
- V Force reeds
- 11Oz flywheel weight
- Rad braces
- Magura hydraulic clutch
- Lowering link
- 270mm oversize disc
- 2016 Restyle plastics
- Stadium front number plate
- SM pro wheels
- Rental 999 Twinwall bars
- Evans coolant
- Fresco exhaust
- Talon footrests
- Zeta top clamp
- Bud seat cover
- Ohlins shock
- Acerbis skidplate and frame guards
- Amped graphics
- Boysen clutch and ignition covers
