Up the Wall!

ROUND one of the Doodson Motosport National Series 2010 was held at Mepal, Cambridgeshire hosted by the East Anglia Club. This deep sand track seemed to be the answer to any problems caused by rain, cloudy on day one with some drizzle the second day. Superb weather with no dust and a superbly prepared track surface by the Motoparc owners.
Juniors started the weekend racing with Albie Wilkie just out of the gate in every race with support rider Drew Warren the only rider to pressurise him. Alex Walton never lower than second in the results deserved runner-up spot. Taylor Hammal with some consistent riding finished third, with support rider Carl Budge adding to the mix.
