American Honda axe autograph signings and dealer appearances
By Team TMX on 12th Mar 20
American Honda has announced that Honda-supported supercross teams will no longer take part in dealer appearances or AMA Supercross autograph signings.
The firm is concerned about the "growing threat" of coronavirus and has therefore cancelled, until further notice, autograph signings and dealer appearances for Team Honda HRC, GEICO Honda, MotoConcepts Honda and Penrite Honda.
Honda says it recognises the importance and value of their customers and dealers and they regret having to make such a difficult decision.
In the press release, Honda also said: Taking prudent measures to protect the health of all involved stakeholders is paramount. In the future, well explore opportunities for alternative measures that we can take to repay our fans and customers for their support. In the meantime, thank you for your patience.
