Austin Forkner has suffered a penalty after the Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki rider was considered to have cut the track in the Anaheim 1 Supercross 250SX Main Event.
Forkner was leading the race when he made a mistake. He remounted and then cut the track and was eventually penalised two positions, dropping him from third to fifth.

It was an eventful Supercross opening night for Forkner. During the second practice session he hit the deck hard in this crash.
