AMA Supercross Video Ken Roczen
Ken Roczen and Team Honda HRC part ways after six years together. Roczen announced the news in an exclusive interview with James Stewart on the Bubba's World podcast, revealing that he turned down Honda's contract offer.
What was the problem? Roczen's commitment to the FIM World Supercross Championship was the issue, according to what he said on the podcast.
A Supercross-only deal was on the table for Ken Roczen to sign for the 2023 AMA Supercross season, but with the proviso, Kenny drops the 2022 WSX series, he said in his interview.
Roczen says when he declined to turn away from racing in the FIM World Supercross Championship, Honda pulled the contract offer, ending his time with the factory Honda outfit he'd been with since the end of 2016.
Roczen has much more to reveal, and you can hear it first-hand by watching the podcast below.
