2020 Kia Trials Championship ready to rumble

The 2020 KIA National Twinshock Trials Championship will finally get underway this Sunday, March 15, courtesy of the Bootle Scrambles Club in south-west Cumbria.
Central Wales Auto Club were forced to cancel what should have been the opener last month as a vast area around the venue disappeared underwater in the terrible floods, as we all saw on television.
The good news is that the CWAC is hoping to reschedule for a summer date.
Meanwhile, Bootle prepare for their KIA debut, although the club did run very successfulTwinshock rounds back in the SEBAC series years at their Fell Green venue which offers such great scope for traditional trials.
Two laps of 20 sections is the KIA format and Bootle will offer a selection of becks, rocky outcrops and slippery banks which should provide a super days sport and sort out the Championship points scorers.
Riders are clearly keen to get cracking as the entry was heading for 130 as TMX went to press
