By John Dickinson on 3rd Apr 19
The Scottish Two Day Pre-65 Trial is now less than five weeks away and the organisation is in full swing.Clerk of the Course and his team are working hard to bring riders and spectators alike another fantastic event with the promise of some new sections being introduced.
The Pre-65 Scottish Trial committee are also very pleased to announce that there is a new trophy up for grabs at this years trial. This new award is the Edgar Bros Challenge Trophy and it will be awarded to the rider with the Best Performance by an original machine shortlisted by the Eligibility Sub-Committee.
All the shortlisted entrants have been informed that their machine is eligible for this award. The final list will be available once all the bikes have been scrutineered on Thursday, May 2, to ensure no component changes have been made since entries were submitted.
With the inevitable withdrawals leading up to the day, the secretary has now updated the entry to include up to reserve number 17 so if your reserve number is after this, please ensure your bike is ready as you never know when you are going to get that vital phone call. This is particularly important if you have stated that you are available right up to the start of the trial.
