Take a look: Triumph 350cc
By Team TMX on 20th Apr 18
Gary Macdonald became the first Scottish rider to win the Scottish Pre-65 Two Day Trial last year when he took the Premier award riding a Bantam provided by enthusiast Martin Murphy.
Both are residents of the village of Kinlochleven where the ever-popular trial is based so it was a real local victory.
In 2018 Gary will again contest the Pre-65 as well as the Scottish Six Days on which he will be Scorpa mounted but this time he has given himself a new challenge and will be riding a twin-cylinder Triumph powered beast!
Says Gary: The bike has just been built by Jim Pickering who build last years winning Bantam. Martin Murphy has had Jim build a Drayton with a twin-cylinder Triumph 350cc which really is mans bike!
I am only 60kg so you can imagine the sheer challenge it will be for me to ride it. I dont expect to be as competitive this year, but Ill sure as hell have a smile on my face listening to the engine on full-song ripping Pipeline! Absolutely Gary!
