Trials Torque: International bright young things

LAST weekends Cliff Collinson National was actually an International with three Continental teenagers turning-up for a British outing.
Rising French stars Benoit Bincaz (Scorpa) and Steven Coquelin (Gas Gas) plus Spanish Sherco ace Miquel Gelabert surprised the regulars with their appearance.
All three are currently guests of the Peace family in Kirkbymoorside as brothers Dan and Jack have got to know many of their World and European Championship rivals really well during their extensive travels.
Benoit finished runner-up to winner Jack on Sunday, Steven and Miquel seventh and eighth, and when not practicing on their bikes during their stay, they are hoping to improve their English with lessons from Dan and Jack.
No doubt Dan and Jack's dad Tim will be trying to teach them a totally different language - broad Yorkshire lad!
Dan and Jack are planning on spending time on the Continent before next season when hopefully these lads will be able to repay the Peace hospitality.
