TRRS setting the Gold standard
By John Dickinson on 28th Apr 19
TRRS has surely excelled itself with this latest limited edition production trials model, the 2019 TRRS Gold. The relatively new but ambitious and growing Spanish company headed by Jordi Tarres with development work involving #1 rider Adam Raga is really making a statement.
Just check out that bold, bright, yellow main frame colour that shows TRRS has total confidence in its product and is telling the world just that. The limited run of just 150 units will be split over the four capacities, 125, 250, 280 and 300 and is sure to be hard fought over by eager buyers.
The engines have been treated to new crankshaft balance and also crankcase compression plus a new cylinder head design. Its chassis features a stiffened headstock.
Front forks are of course Tech Gold with the rear sporting a Reiger Hydrostop. Brakes are top of the range Braktec with a CNC machined front caliper. You get a carbon fibre airbox and also c/f front and rear mudguard supports. In total there are almost 40 changes to the standard model. Jordi Tarres and Adam Raga are really moving TRRS forwards at pace.
