Albie seeing you

With the opening round of this year's Express Insurance BYMX championship series done and dusted, the series now moves on to the second round at Norley in Cheshire this weekend, April 17/18. The meeting will be hosted by the Cheshire North West club and if it turns out to be anything like the super show they delivered for last season's Team Event, everyone is in for a truly memorable weekend.
In the Junior 65cc ranks, Albie Wilkie will be looking to keep his awesome early season momentum moving ever upwards as he battles to hold on to the lead claimed in Scotland. Keenan Hird will most likely provide the strongest challenge as he looks to seriously reduce his deficit in the championship stakes. You can also expect fire works from Taylor Hammal, Jake Edey, Tom Hume and James McFayden.
Oliver Osmaston, aboard his 150cc Pro Circuit Honda adds up to a truly awesome package. Oli totally cleaned up at Comerton Farm and the big question right now is, who will be the first to take a moto win away from the East Sussex flier? Josh Gilbert on the Albion KTM could be one to pose a major threat as could second placed in the championship series Robert Yates, along with last years 65cc champion Conrad Mewse together with Sam Braithwaite and ACU academy runner Speedy Sid Evans.
The Ben and Ben show, Howell verses Watson, is most certainly living up to all of the pre season hype and is currently the best head to head show in town. If the duo can repeat the heroics on show North of the border well just sit back and enjoy, as it really doesn't get any better than this on an Big-wheel 85cc machine. Pulling up to the Ben boys bumpers you should also keep your eyes on Jack Kelly, Connor Clark, Adam Sterry, Sam Winterburn and Liam Garland as they all battle for supremacy doing their utmost to derail the Ben Boys mega show.
The Open class Youth section races in Scotland proved to be an early season highlight that absolutely blew your socks off and took your breath away, can they all repeat the show again? Well of course they can, with Connor Walkley, Nathan Watson, Jamie Mc Canney Ryan Houghton, Bradley Pocock and Gary Sharp all on song and with very little to choose between any of them this is guaranteed to be full throttle entertainment in all five races.
In the group just behind the top six fancied runners Tom Kelly, Luke Norris and Jake Gowan could also have a major say in just who ends up on the end of meeting podium.
Also on the start line at Norley there will be the Adult two stroke runners for the opening round of their championship season.
