Best of British for Tony Moto

RINGWOOD Motocross Club (BSMA) staged round one of the 2009 Best of British Auto Championship and the club's first BSMA qualifier and Club Championship meeting next Sunday, February 22. at the fantastic Tony Moto MX Park, north of Winchester. With last weekend's event at Bere Regis having been cancelled early due to the ongoing bad weather conditions, members and families will be eager to sample some action at long last.
Kerry Cutler can be contacted on 07921-707792, and is now taking bookings for this event from Automatic 50cc through to AMX Open and VMX Open classes. Ringwood licence holders will have priority when booking-in, visitors will be welcome after Wednesday 18 at 7.30pm. Camping is available and a marshal will be required (except Autos). Signing-on begins at 7.00am until 9.15am, with Practice commencing at 10.00am sharp.
Club membership secretary, Wayne Parker still has limited spaces available in some groups, and anyone wishing to obtain a 2009 BSMA licence or Ringwood club membership are advised to contact Wayne on 07922-174725, before the next race meeting.
Finally, the Ringwood club would like to let all Auto riders and their families be aware that the Best of British Auto Championship will now be held over five rounds with the best four rounds to count towards the final overall positions for the 2009 series.
The remaining dates and venues are as follows, and are held in conjunction with the Ringwood clubs BSMA qualifiers and Club Championship series.
