THE ACU Motocross Committee has released the full list of dates and venues for the 2009 British Youth Motocross Championship the top series for any youngster hoping to get noticed in the motocross world. Once again, the Championship will be visiting venues in all corners of the country, including at least two venues that will form part of the Maxxis ACU British Motocross Championship Brampton, Cumbria and, one of the most popular additions to the 2008 Maxxis Championship, a final round at Foxhill, Wiltshire.
In addition to the established classes Junior 65cc, Small-wheel 85cc, Big-wheel 85cc and Open 125cc there will be a new Adult Open' class for Clubmen, with 40 spaces open to ACU Junior licence-holders. The addition of this new class will allow
parents and older brothers of Championship riders to compete at the same events.
The ACU will have a greater input into each event for 2009 to assist the clubs in maintaining a high standard for the series and the introduction of a race director', which should ensure consistency across the rounds.
The usual Championship registration fee is 195, but any rider who signs up for the series before December 1 will receive a 25
discount, reducing the fee to 170.
Registering for the British Youth Motocross Championship ensures you receive all of the up-to-date information regarding the Championship and entry forms for each respective round. In the event of your entry not being received, the ACU Motocross Department will contact you to ensure nothing has been lost in post.

blocks of racing from three to four across all classes.
