Carl's back at the Echo

FORMER British Supercross and Motocross champion Carl Nunn will make his return to supercross competiton at Liverpool's brand new Echo Arena on January 25/26 for rounds two and three of the Future West ACU British Supercross Championship.

Nunny was unable to get his new MVR-D Suzuki ride ready in time for the opening round of the championship at Sheffield but is now ready to put his mark on the series and his Suzuki on top of the podium.
The East Anglian will be joining an international line-up of former and current champs including current the British
MX2 champ and former US champ, Mike Brown.
Canadian Yamaha star, five-time Canadian outdoor champion and multi-time winner of the Canadian supercross championship, Jean Sebastian Roy (JSR) will once again return to the UK in Liverpool, following on from his successful first round at Sheffield, to resume his quest for a British Supercross title, as will Roy's 19-year-old teammate Colton Facciotti.
Facciotti is no stranger to British Supercross after taking the '05 title at the tender age of 16. Facciotti also took second place in the '07 Canadian MX1 outdoor championship and is current points leader in the Canadian arenacross championship after four of the eight rounds.
Former Spanish supercross champion Xavier Hernandez will also be back for the Liverpool rounds after competing at Sheffield back in November.
On the home grown front, Former British Supercross champ Lewis Gregory aboard his Relentless Suzuki will be back in action at Liverpool as well as Yorkshire's supercross and enduro champ Ryan Voase. Voase, who sat out round one at Sheffield due to injury, will be making his return to British Supercross action.

In other British Supercross Champion-ship news, the final round of the series, originally scheduled for Wembley Arena on March 1, has been moved to the incredible O2 Arena in London on February 23.
The new O2 Arena is built on the site of the former Millennium dome and tickets are set to go on sale this Friday, December 21, through the O2 Arena box-office on 0871-9840002.
