Coventry Juniors do it for charity

Coventry Junior MXC recently held a two-day charity motocross race meeting at their Stratford GT National Track in memory of their much-missed former Chairman, Dave George.
The Club raised a staggering amount of £2,000 for each of their nominated charities, Cancer Research and Warwick Myton Hospice, who both cared for Dave during his illness.
The club would like to thank not only the riders and their families, but the following who all gave their time and donations to the event: Revo, Buildbase Coventry, Rapp Watches, Ben Watson, Evoke Concepts, OffRoad World, KTM Direct, Dave Thorpe, Josh Spinks, Brad O'Leary, Phil Mercer, Redline KTM, Lee Dunham, Kestral Honda, Buildbase Honda, No Fear, AGR Racing Coventry, Stuart Patstone, RockOil and Mick Paylor, Spoon Full of Sugar, CB Hambridge-Builders, Rising Sun Campers and Dean McCann, Les Beckett and Colin and Thomas Hambridge who worked so hard to put the event on with the small committee of CJMX.
Dave's wife Jackie and their children, Simon and Leanne kindly donated eight large silver cups, which will be used each year as this will now be an annual event in the Club's calendar, so pencil May into your busy schedule. Stratford with CJMC is the place to be in 2013.
