The opening round of the GBXC and Super Sprint competitions gets underway in less than two-weeks and what a feastFast Eddy has in store for the coming month.
Saintswell, near Abbey-Cwm-Hir will play host to the opening round of this season's series kick off on Saturday, April 20, with a Super Sprint event followed by a proper GBXC event on Sunday, April 21.
Saints Well is a fantastic location with great parking and paddock facilities plus a course with varied terrain, which is always popular with regular GBXC riders.
The following weekend, April 27/28, the whole shooting match moves to Rogers Hill Raceway in Dorset for a Super Sprint weekend with David Knight, Danny McCanney, Jamie McCanney and other top riders in attendance, warming up for European rounds of the World Enduro Championships.
Rogers Hill has a good record for sprint events and Fast Eddy will set a course to enhance that reputation even further.
The GBXC Championship has always been popular with all levels of rider and has diversified and grown over the years and this season sees the NORC (ACU GBXC National Off-Road Championship) join the list of GBXC centred events.
The NORC is already underway as the final round of the ACU British Extreme Championship at Cowm Quarry was also the NORC opener, and Knight has already confirmed he will be attending all rounds.
For value for money, top quality events and some of the country's best venues, the GBXC offers a lot.
Fast Eddy and his crew have a great reputation for putting on top-notch events and the GBXC, the Super Sprint and NORC will all be to the usual Fast Eddy standards.
