On September 30 Rideoffroaduk will round off one of the clubs busiest months ever with a one off Hard Enduro at Lee Dell, Rochdale.

The aim of this event is to give riders of all abilities a chance to try a hard enduro and ride alongside the countries top enduro hard men.

This event will NOT feature extreme man-made sections, which only the pro riders can deal with.

The course will feature steep climbs, long descents, stream crossings, and the main spectator areas will be located in the bottom of the valley using the old mill ruins.

This is being planned as an old-school natural Hard Enduro to take people out of their comfort zone for an end of season challenge. If you don't try, you will never know.

Wayne Braybrook will be on hand during the Saturday afternoon to offer advice and give demonstrations to riders as they inspect the course ahead of Sunday's event.

There will be a Youth Hard Enduro running for 90-minutes, starting at 9am on Sunday. Then at 11.30am there will be one adult race which will run for 2.5 hours.

The hardest sections of the course may have some easier longer routes around them if the organisers feel that the weather has made conditions more difficult than anticipated.

There are classes for Sportsman, Beginner, Clubman, Over 40, Over 50, Ladies and Expert.

An Elite class will be running for any high level Expert or Pro riders who attend.

There will be a very reasonable charge for spectators – £10 (per car) – so travel with friends to make economic sense. Non members are welcome, riders only need to hold a current enduro licence. One day licences are available at a cost of £5.
