ROBIN Luscombe, one of the most successful motorcycle trials riders on the British Sidecar scene, and multi award winning car dealer-director, with over 30 years of experience in the motor trade, is delighted to announce that his new business venture challenge-lusky.com will sponsor several ACU British trials championships in 2010.
Not only has the straight talking, no-nonense Yorkshireman invested in Britain's future stars, aged from six to 17-years in the ACU Youth Trials Championship, but following talks with Trials and Enduro Committee chairman, John Collins, at the recent MacKenzie Trophy Trial, Robin took another major step by also sponsoring the 2010 British Sidecar Trials Championship.
The challenge-lusky.com sponsored British championships in 2010 will not only enjoy increased funding but also a healthy dose of publicity, from long-standing Yorkshire motorcycle journalist Barry Robinson and will hopefully contrtibute to the development of the next Dougie Lampkin MBE.
Currently frightening the Pre-65 solo trials brigade with some sterling rides on a beefy 500 Triumph, in his three-wheel heyday Robin set an almost unbreakable record of 13 British titles in sidecar trials.
The new business, challenge-lusky.com provides any car buyers and sellers with a free service to find a better deal than your local dealer offers. No need for visits to expensive showrooms, and stock. Challenge Lusky' is your personal shopper, at your service, finding you the car you want, at a price you want, or giving you the confidence that your deal really is a good deal, without having to spend hours doing battle with car salesmen.
You state the car, the colour, the price band. Lusky does the rest.
It's just good to see a rider putting his money where his mouth is and doing a bit to further the trials cause and the British Youths and Sidecar brigade will benefit.
