Our Beth's like a fish out of water

ON a separate subject to the usual trials and motocross news, I would like to ask all you readers out there for some help.
For the time being I have set my trials boots aside, and opted to take the plunge and get training in the pool. On September 12 I am aiming to complete the Great North Swim to raise funds for Deafblind UK.
This is a one-mile open water swim across England's largest lake, Windermere. Following its launch in September 2008 the event has already become world renowned, having been voted fifth in the Top 100 Open Water Swims in the world.
