Pie in the sky as Summer arrives

HULL Auto Club is holding its annual Dave Summers Trial at Piethorn Farm, East Moors, near Helmsley, on April 27.This popular event will incorporate the first round of the Club Championship and also the third round of the East Yorkshire Centre Youth Championship. The trial looks set to be an absolute cracker as club stalwart Alvin Harrison has added even more new land, which includes some superb rocky gullies and rock outcrops that will offer a brilliant ride round fantastic practice for the fast approaching Scottish Six Days.
There's excellent parking for all vehicles, dual-routed sections for adults and a conducted D class clear of the main event that will suit all abilities of youngsters.
The venue is between Helmsley and Bransdale and will be clearly marked from the A170 road east of Helmsley.
Entries will be taken on the day with a starting time of 11am. Don't miss this one.
