RideoffroadUK has hand picked the best venue in its arsenal for the final showdown to its IOPD Doodson Championship.

High on the hills above the Aire Valley, the Ghyll Grange venue just outside the town of Silsden is one of the most picturesque places in West Yorkshire.

ROR used the venue in June 2010 and the track was one of the best that year.

The open farmland-going has a variety of terrain on offer to make the perfect Hare and Hounds course for the final championship round.

Only two classes of the ten being contested havealready been decided, so it's all still to fight for in the majority of groups.

Wayne Braybrook is going to put a few more special test type sections close to the paddock to ensure families and friends can cheer on their riders as the three races take place.

The access to Gyhll Grange is via a long farm road which goes through a working farm.

Competitors are asked to ensure that they arrive with everything they need for the weekend to reduce the amount of traffic moving in and out of the site.

It is essential that no litter is discarded on site or in thesurrounding areas.

This is done for the sustainable future of all motorcycles events in and around this area.

Sat Nav postcode is BD20 0NJ and the event will be signed, with orange arrows from the Silsden to Addingham road, via Brown Bank Lane and Light Bank Lane.

Competitors are asked to avoid travelling through Brunthwaite village.

This is a very small village with tiny roads and a busy golf club on Sunday.

On-line entries are available on the website – www.rideoffroaduk.co.uk –  or call 07576-095137.
