THE 2008 BSMA Best of British National Series is now just a week away, and with the BSMA management taking the step to reduce the over-priced registration fees to just 50 for the series the regs have now been coming in thick and fast, and another cracking six round series is about to roar into action.
The hard working committee of the Ringwood MXC will be getting down to the real business when they stage the series opener next weekend, April 12/13, at the always spectacular Matchams Park circuit, near Ringwood, Hampshire.
Entries to round one for Non-Registerd riders will be more than welcome and Ringwood club secretary Liz Hill is the lady to contact for an entry and information on the series on 07780-594212. Providing there is sufficent space entries from Junior 65cc, Small-wheel 85cc, Big-wheel 85cc, Senior, AMX and Open classes will be taken. Youth class entry is £80 and adult class entry is £90 for both days, and please note a marshal will be required. Meanwhile, Ringwood MXC will be in club championship action this Sunday, April 6, at Foxholes MX Park, Salisbury, Wiltshire. The event will take in round four of the Best of British Auto Championship as well as the fourth club championship and BSMA qualifier.
Entries are being taken for Auto 50cc through to Adult 250F and camping will be available from Saturday afternoon.
