RHAYADER Youth Motocross Club held the Final Round of the BSMA Welsh Champ-ionships at Moelfre Track Near Rhayader. With a light drizzle in the morning, then clearing to make perfect racing conditions the scene was set! This was one of the most exciting rounds up to date with lots of action and drama as the riders tried to pull out all the stops to gain the best points possible.
The Auto group on the line first with Jamie Evans pushing hard with the rest of the field following, but it wasn't long before Ryan Rowlands took control riding yet again in a class of his own and driving hard all the way to the chequered flag to be crowned BSMA Welsh Champion. Evans finished in an outstanding second place and is just getting quicker and quicker, with Ben Evans taking home a very proud third position.
