Sidecars play the field

MANSFIELD Maun MCC held its second trials training day recently at Bracken Rocks, Holloway, Derbyshire this one was for sidecars only. As before, the coach was Robin Morewood, who had a good day, even borrowing an outfit from one of the pupils to demonstrate certain techniques. He also did stints in the chair to show what the passenger should be doing in certain circumstances as well as encouraging the newcomers to sidecar trials.
If such events help raise the level of interest in those wishing to begin or even improve their sidecar skill levels, then such sidecar training days could be organised on a more regular basis.
